The character of population is defined thought the culture of one nation. In this way, two different cultures can be represented as Brazil and Belgium. The two countries are geographically far and presents different kind of weather. Specially to be localized in different regions of the globe, the countries presents particular specifies like spoke language, corporate culture and behavior during the dinner and entertainment.
In respect to the spoke language, Brazil is different from Belgium. While the Brazilians speak only Portuguese, the Belgians speak Dutch, French and German. If you have any doubts about which language to use, it is possible to Belgians speak in English. However, in special moment in Brazil is also possible speak in English too.
The corporate culture or business behavior of the population in both countries are different. In Brazil, for instance, be punctuality is common, but is acceptable too come late for the meetings. On the other hand, in Belgium, it is not acceptable that a person come late for business meeting. When it happens, is necessary that the person presents a good explanation about the delay. Other point is that common in Brazil the executives meeting at night to discussion business. In contrast, in Belgium is not acceptable invite businessperson at home, unless in a emergency moment.
Other topic that the both cultures differs is about dining and entertainment time. Although the Brazilians like to speak and laugh loudly, the Belgium tends to be more easy going. The Belgium in general are more polite, while the Brazilians tends to be more funny. Because of this, the Belgium are know as compromised and balanced people.
In fact, nations presents different cultures. In this way, nations like Brazil and Belgium presents much different in used languages, corporate culture and behavior in dinner and entertainment time. In general, Belgians tends to be more polite and Brazilian more funny. But, I believe that the Brazilians in future will tend to be more serious too because the importance that the country is receiving in the global scenario.

How to improve your financial status
*This essay is not express my real opinion, it is only one point-view of improve financial status.

The money moves the world. Anyone needs money to live. It`s not different for me. Money is used to buy your house, car and the food of every day. But to receive money is needed to do hard work. Currently, I`m a mere student, that receive a small scholarship. With this scholarship I can`t have money to buy anything really interesting. But in the next years I would like to change this situation.
The beginning is very difficult, but we need to do it. Change the financial status isn't a trivial task to do, but need to be done. In fact, I`m a student for a long time and in soon I will need to confront the job market. Only in this way I can start a good job and save money to use more wisely in the future. Maybe, do save much money is needed to get a job like a Software Engineering or Project Manager. This kind of job is more easily got when do you have more knowledge. Usually, a student of university don't receive much money doing research or anything related with it and because of this do a plan to achieve a good financial status is essential.
The plan to save money is very simple and consist of a simple idea. The basis is get the P.H.D. certification. With this certification, the price of your hour will be superior in relation of a common recent graduated professional in the field. The P.H.D. certification could be used in your job interview and you can stipulated a salary of $20.000,00 a month. Getting the right job your life will be staring to change and then you can start to save money to buy wisely what you want. But, to become a P.H.D. usually the universities impose that you do any Master Science before. This restriction is just a way to certificate that you have the capabilities to start your study. Because of this I started this plan doing the master.
In the moment that you have the certification of P.H.D. your life will start to change. Easily you can find a great job that pay you a huge quantity of money. If you not satisfied, you can travel the world participating in conferences, living new cultures and meeting new people. In any case, if you don't like any option you can go to another country such as USA or Canada to live. They want people with full knowledge in specific fields like Artificial Intelligence or Software Engineering.
In fact, money is essential to survive in the world. Without money we can't buy necessary thing like a car, house and neither feed yourself. Because of it, I proposed a strategy to change my financial status. To improve my financial status it's need to get the P.H.D. and find a good job in a company. With a good salary you can save more your money and start to buy wisely what you need. I really believe that the continuing study can make the life of the people change and in natural way this can leads you to reach the P.H.D.
